Hosted by Leon Mepham from the ACT, the IBD Retail Reality Check will offer a candid and practical look at the issues facing cycle retailers today. Panellists will share first-hand experiences of adapting their businesses, responding to changing consumer behaviour, improving profitability and identifying new opportunities for growth.

The discussion will also explore how initiatives such as E-Bike Positive can help retailers build consumer confidence and support the sustainable growth of the e-bike market.

With an open and honest discussion at its heart, the session will highlight the key issues affecting cycle retail today, while reflecting the ACT's ongoing work to represent independent retailers and ensure their voices are heard across the industry.

This retailer-led discussion will provide valuable insight for retailers, suppliers and industry stakeholders looking to better understand the realities of the market and the future direction of cycle retail.

CIN Live 2026 takes place at NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 September, with free trade pre-registration available for visitors.
