Talk the torque in the Cytech Tech Forum

Posted on 11 Mar 2024

Cytech, the internationally recognised training and accreditation scheme for bicycle technicians, has launched a new Facebook group - the Cytech Tech Forum – where Cytech-qualified mechanics can connect and share ideas, tips, hints and technical advice.

Cytech mechanic

In creating a forum for professional Cytech mechanics worldwide, the breadth of experience and skills will help newly qualified technicians to connect and feel supported after having completed their Cytech training.

Launching the new forum, Jonathan Harrison ACT Director said:

“At Cytech we consider ourselves to be an integral part of a bike mechanic’s professional journey, and as such, feel it's important to support those technicians after their training. In the forum, brands and Cytech technicians from around the world will be able to connect directly with each other, chat with industry experts and get insights directly from other qualified people.”

The forum, which is a private group, will be heavily moderated to ensure the best possible experience for users, with the aim that it becomes a "go to" tool for qualified mechanics and a space where brands work to add value to their after sales experience with IBDs.
