Sales Advisor - Full / Part Time

CycleStreet is a well-established bike retail and workshop store based just outside the historic walls of York, known as a cycling city. Catering to most disciplines with a lean towards commute & MTB and a growing representation of e-bikes we work with leading brands including Scott, Bergamont, Merida, VanMoof, Hope, MET and Schwalbe.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable person to provide a quality customer experience for anyone coming through our door. 

If you know bikes and like talking about them then we are interested.

Experience in a retail environment is ideal along with a keen interest in cycling. A flexible approach and strong product knowledge will allow you to ascertain and understand the needs of customers and make informed recommendations for new bikes, accessories sales and the booking in of workshop jobs.

We are a small, tight team and communication between all levels is key and all ideas will be listened to and considered. A good level of IT skills are expected to enable use of the EPOS system, online sales administration and product sourcing and ordering.

Working hours are 39.5 hours a week including Saturday, closed Sunday and a rota day off in the week. We would consider part time applications from the right person.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on you being the right candidate and we offer good staff benefits.
