Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of eBikes and electrical / Mechanical components.

  • Utilise workshop job systems to manage workflow efficiently.

  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their eBike care.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in eBike technology and workshop tools.

  • Contribute to the overall success of the workshop through teamwork and proactive problem-solving.

 

Skills/Experience Required

  • Biking Enthusiast: Must currently ride and have a genuine passion for bikes, whether electric or traditional.

  • Mechanical Workshop Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical workshop environment, with a focus on eBikes. traditional bikes, motorcycles or similar.

  • Customer-Focused: A genuine interest in helping people get the most out of their eBikes, offering expert advice and top-notch service.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with workshop job systems and diagnostic tools for eBikes or motorcycles.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
